We are committed to providing our riding students the best possible instruction and experience. We offer hunt seat lessons and focus on learning to ride in a fun and safe environment. Each lesson is tailored to the individual and their goals.
1⁄2 hour private $65
or prepaid packages:

General Lesson Information

We ask that riders in our lesson program commit to at least one lesson per week.

We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash or checks made out to Jump 4 It. All lessons must be used within six months.

Lessons paid for individually must be paid for at the time of each lesson.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Lessons not canceled in advance will be charged at the full cost.

Please have either riding boots or a flat-heeled boot (like a fall boot) when you come to ride. Sneakers and sandals are NOT allowed.

Jump 4 It has helmets available for those who do not own one.

We encourage everyone that begins taking regular riding lessons to purchase their own gear (helmet, paddock boots, half chaps, gloves, breeches, etc).

For your first lesson, please come 15 minutes early for a short tour and to sign waivers.

We have share-board packages available when riders are ready to take a step up from our lesson program. This also offers the opportunity to join our show team!

Summer is just around the corner, and we're excited to announce that registration for Summer Camp 2025 is officially open!

Share Boarding
So, how does share-boarding work?
Share-boarding is a great way to further develop your riding and horsemanship skills. It also allows the rider to join the Jump 4 It Equestrian show team! We have multiple horses available to share-board on a regular basis. Our trainers will pair you with the perfect match for you based on your goals and experience level.
We offer a three-day share-board. That portion of the horse’s board becomes the responsibility of the share-boarder.

Monthly board costs pay for the horse’s stall, hay, water, shavings, turnout, facility, and equipment use and care. You are also responsible for a portion of the cost of the horse’s farrier expenses (about every five weeks).

We look at schedules and select which days you will have for your share-board. Those days will be the same every week for the duration of your share-board. Typically, we have a minimum six month commitment, or longer. We require a thirty-day notice to end a share-board.
We require a minimum of one 1⁄2 hour lesson per week but you have the option of taking a lesson every day as well! On the days that you share-board but do not lesson, you may hack at a scheduled time.
If you want to join our show team, we will add you to our horse show schedule. Our trainers will recommend which shows are appropriate for you based on experience, ability, and individual rider goals.
You are responsible for round trip shipping costs, a daily coaching/care fee, the stall rental, and all class fees.
